Underfloor heating sets

Underfloor heating sets

To make it as easy as possible for you, we've designed complete underfloor heating kits. We've put together a complete set for various situations and applications, including all the necessary materials, so you can get started installing your underfloor heating right away. The underfloor heating sets contain the following materials as standard:
  • Underfloor heating manifold
  • A PE-RT underfloor heating pipe
  • Euroconus connection couplings
  • Edge insulation
  • 90°C bend support
  • Free tube cutter and tube calibrator
Not only that, but our kits also include a free installation plan . This plan shows you the pattern of how the pipes or cables for the underfloor heating system run. These are easy-to-follow instructions, so you can install the system yourself with minimal hassle and without professional assistance. We're always here to help, so if you have any questions about which kit is right for you or how to install it, don't hesitate to contact one of our specialists.

Underfloor heating manifold

The manifold is an essential part of the set, as it helps distribute heat evenly across the floor. Choosing the right one for your needs is crucial to getting the most out of your underfloor heating system. A set includes a standard manifold, the standard steel manifold. This manifold is suitable for the number of circuits you've selected. Prefer a different manifold? No problem! You can customize your set and choose a different manifold. Besides the standard steel manifold, you can also choose from a standard steel front manifold, an open premium plastic manifold, or a district heating manifold, depending on the number of circuits you choose.

PE-RT underfloor heating pipe and Euroconus compression fittings.

In addition to a manifold, the underfloor heating set also includes a PE-RT underfloor heating pipe . This pipe is made of polyethylene and is therefore resistant to corrosion and wear. It is also very flexible, making it easy to install. The pipe is available in various sizes. A 16mm pipe is included as standard. You can customize the set and choose from 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, or 18mm pipes. Depending on which heating pipe you choose, matching Eurocone compression fittings are included. Use these fittings to connect the underfloor heating pipe to the manifold.

Edge insulation

In addition to a manifold and pipe, the set also includes edge insulation. This edge insulation prevents energy loss at the edge of your underfloor heating system. It also serves as a sound absorber and protects your floor from moisture. The standard set comes with 5 mm x 100 mm insulation . You can also opt for edge insulation with an 8 mm x 150 mm flap.

Free with a complete set

In addition to a free installation plan, you'll also receive a pipe cutter , pipe calibrator , and 90° bend supports . The pipe cutter allows you to easily cut your underfloor heating pipes to size. The pipe calibrator ensures a perfect connection of the heating pipes. The 90° bend supports ensure your underfloor heating is properly supported and won't sag. The number of bend supports you receive depends on the number of circuits selected.

Select the number of groups

The underfloor heating system is available in various groups, from 1 group to 15 groups. You can choose the group of your choice depending on how many groups you want to connect to the underfloor heating system. Each group provides enough heat for 10m² of underfloor heating. So, for example, if you decide to install underfloor heating for 20m², you'll need a 2-group manifold, and for 100m², you'll need a 10-group manifold.

Calculate underfloor heating

To calculate which underfloor heating system you need, it's important to first determine whether you'll be using it as your primary or supplementary heating system. If you choose primary heating, the pipes should be 10 centimeters apart. This requires 10 meters of pipe per square meter ( ). If you choose supplementary heating, spacing the pipes 15 centimeters apart is sufficient. This requires 7 meters of pipe per square meter. You can connect a maximum of 100 meters of heating pipe per group on the manifold. The temperature can be adjusted for each group on the manifold. Example: You have an 80 m² room and want underfloor heating as your primary heating system. You'll need 800 meters of heating pipe and a distribution manifold with eight circuits. In short, a complete kit contains all the materials you need for a professional installation of your underfloor heating system. Simply choose the right kit for your situation and you're ready to go!
