POSTAGE COSTS
For orders over €250 in the Netherlands, we charge NO shipping costs. For all orders under €250 within the Netherlands, we charge €7.95 for shipping within the Netherlands, with the exception of the Wadden Islands, where a €50 shipping fee applies.
Shipping costs for orders under €250 are calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping costs depend on the nature and size of the package. The following shipping costs apply:
We do not ship packages to PO Boxes. Vloerverwarmingshop does its utmost to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday.
ORDERED BEFORE 2PM TODAY, DELIVERED TOMORROW!
For consumer orders within the Netherlands, orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day, provided the product is in stock. Payment is only accepted via iDEAL or Bancontact (Belgian customers), so the money is credited to our account immediately.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by phone.
It may sometimes take a while for us to receive your payment. We won't ship the products until the amount has been credited to our account.
DELIVERY TIME PER PRODUCT
Our products are always in stock. However, it may occasionally happen that a product is not immediately available. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will always inform you and, if necessary, provide a suitable solution. *Our estimated delivery time may vary in some situations due to circumstances.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Below you'll find all the information about returning or exchanging items. Please always contact us first so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
Is your product defective or damaged? Please register your return with us in advance via email. info@vloerverwarmingshop.nl or via the Model withdrawal form . Please always include your order number and, if applicable, a clear explanation of the reason. We will process your return request as quickly as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product.
If your product is defective or damaged, we will inform you about a free return. If you return it by any other means, you will be responsible for the costs.
EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
You can exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. You must notify us of the exchange via info@vloerverwarmingshop.nl , so we're aware of your exchange. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Which products cannot be returned or exchanged? If a product isn't to your liking, you can contact us within 14 business days and choose a different one. Please note: All opened/used products and products missing their original packaging are non-returnable. The product must be in saleable condition.
We carefully inspect the returned item for damage and signs of wear and reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund in such cases. You can have the damaged item returned to you for a refund of the shipping costs.
WARRANTIES
If the item was received damaged, you can use our warranty policy. To do so, please send an email to info@vloerverwarmingshop.nl . Always include the order number, the product, and what is wrong with it.
