- Mounting rails 1 meter – Penta system
- Manually extend or shorten
- Very easy way to install
To easily attach heating pipes, you can use mounting rails (Penta system). These rails are attached to the (concrete) subfloor or insulation boards with nails or staples. After attaching the rails, simply click the heating pipes into the Penta rails.
The rule of thumb for securing heating pipes with mounting rails is to use three Penta rails per square meter. This ensures sufficient support so that the heating pipes, especially in bends, don't shift when pouring the (cement) screed. If the pipes do shift because not enough Penta rails have been used, this can cause uneven heating of the floor and reduced heat output.
