Tube cutter

Underfloor heating pipes are rarely cut to the correct length right away. For a good, watertight connection, it's important to cut the pipe correctly. Our pipe cutter allows you to cut the heating pipes correctly with a straight edge. This ensures a better connection.

How does the tube cutter work?

1. Remove the safety catch from the tube cutter
2. Open the tube cutter and place the tube in the correct position in the cutter
3. Hold the tube and cutter firmly when cutting
4. Make a rotating motion while cutting
5. After use, close the handle and secure it with the safety catch

NB

Are the cutting blades starting to show signs of wear? Replace them. To do this, loosen the retaining screw, remove the worn blades, and replace them with new blades of the same type. Once you've finished using the pipe cutter, we recommend treating it with rust-resistant oil.

Use in cold conditions

Heating pipes are more vulnerable to damage when they're cold. If you're using the pipe cutter in winter or in a cold environment, we recommend warming the section of pipe you're going to cut in lukewarm water before cutting.
