DuoBoard comes in packs of 4 and is suitable for 2.88 square meters (4 x Base DuoBoard and 4x Top DuoBoard).

If you're using a dry-build underfloor heating system (e.g., DBS14 or DBS10), you can install the DuoBoard underlay to provide a smooth, stable, and even base for the floor finish. It's ideal for use with our DBS10 and DBS14 dry-build systems.

DuoBoard is constructed from two layers of HDF panels, known as the Base and Top Boards. Each panel measures 1,200 x 600 x 3 millimeters. This gives DuoBoard a low installation height, makes it extremely durable, and offers high thermal conductivity.

Installing DuoBoard

If you plan to install the DuoBoards, it's important to let them acclimatize for at least 48 hours in the room where you'll be using them. Ensure the temperature doesn't drop below 18° Celsius and the room is not too humid (maximum humidity of 60%). Make sure the subfloor is clean and free of dust and dirt. The underside of the Base DuoBoard has an adhesive layer, protected by a backing. Please note that the board can only be glued once.
