MAGNUM Isorol

MAGNUM Isorol 24m² is an expanded polystyrene foam covered on one side with a metallized PET film 12µ.

To be used as an underlay for the Magnum Electric underfloor heating cable (take into account sufficient construction strength for floating floors).

The subfloor must be dust- and grease-free, smooth, and dry. Any unevenness greater than 2 mm must be leveled. Lay the underlayment film with the PET layer facing up. Seal the seams with a special aluminum/polyester tape. This tape must be ordered separately.

Installation methods

• The floor must be clean, dry and free from irregularities.
• Before processing, remove any unevenness from the subfloor > 2 mm.
• Roll out the first strip with the silver side up and place the next strip side by side with the first.
• Unfold the overlapping strip and place it over the next strip, joining the edges together using the integrated adhesive tape.
• After installing the floor, cut off any excess material at the ends.
