Your MAGNUM Open Premium Plastic Manifold requires little maintenance. For optimal performance, we recommend checking the manifold annually for leaks at the connections and fittings. Check the flow meters for proper flow and bleed the system using the automatic air vents if necessary. This MAGNUM Open Premium Plastic manifold, equipped with two groups, is modularly constructed from plastic components. This manifold features adjustable flow meters, a temperature gauge, and automatic air vents. It is an open manifold for low-temperature systems.
- 10 m² to 20 m² as main heating (10 cm spacing between pipes)
- 15 m² to 30 m² as additional heating (15 cm spacing between pipes)
Open distributor
The MAGNUM open premium plastic manifold - 2 groups - is an open manifold . This manifold doesn't contain a pump but transports the water from the heat source directly to the underfloor heating circuits. It's therefore important that the heat source is a low-temperature system. Want to avoid wasting unnecessary energy and be more efficient? Then choose a pump controller . The pump controller measures the temperature and can regulate it.
Low-temperature systems
This plastic manifold is suitable for low-temperature systems (LT systems) with a supply temperature between 35°C and 45°C. Because homes are better insulated these days, heat is retained more effectively. With a low-temperature system, the floor is heated more evenly and consistently. Is your house well-insulated and do you have a central pump? Then choose a low-temperature manifold.
