Properties

Differential pressure controller for VTE SLIM manifolds, Creates a screen between central heating supply and return for optimal flow, Installs in the 3/4" hole on the side of the manifold, Adjustable flow within the circuit (reduce or increase), Indirectly regulates the temperature within the underfloor heating system, Makes optimal use of warm return water from the underfloor heating, Solves flow problems from the central heating circuit, Allows the circulation pump to draw in more supply water in the event of a pressure difference, Suitable for low-temperature systems such as heat pumps, Saves heating costs through efficient use of return water.

Maintenance

Your VTE DVR valve requires little maintenance. For optimal performance, we recommend checking the valve annually for proper operation and any leaks at the connection. Check that the set flow control still meets your home's heating needs. If your underfloor heating performance fluctuates, it may be necessary to recalibrate the DVR. VTE DVR valve for Slim distributors - Differential pressure regulator 3/4"

The VTE DVR is a so-called smart valve that provides a screen between the central heating supply and return of the VTE SLIM manifold, ensuring optimal flow within the manifold circuit.

The DVR is installed on the side of the manifold in the 3/4″ hole in the housing, which allows the flow/internal pressure in the manifold to be reduced or increased.

This also indirectly regulates the temperature within the underfloor heating system by making optimal use of the warm return water from the underfloor heating system. This can save heating costs.
A special advantage of this DVR is that insufficient flow from your central heating circuit to your underfloor heating system can be resolved by activating the distributor through the DVR.

NOTE: A DVR valve is not suitable for use as a differential pressure regulator if electric motors are mounted on the manifold.
